It's Saturday, our last day, and it's Soldes! 50% off and everything's
gotta go! We're toast on sights, and we've been lazing around all morning
anyways (it's 1:00 PM), so shopping it is.
Six hours and at least 20 shops later, I've got a cool "Load" shirt and
a couple pairs of pants (including this outrageous orange pair),
and Sarah's got shirts, pants, shoes, the works. Soldes rocks, most
of our stuff was less that $20. Pretty cool.
It's dinner time, so we stop by Il'Gabrielo for our last supper in Europe.
The eclectic Italian owner is in full force, and at this point we're
regulars so he chats a bit, introduces us to his wife and brother, and
so on. (I think one or two more nights and we would've officially been
family.) After dinner we wind up at Enoteca ("wine bar"), grab a couple
glasses, and get nice and toasty.
One last stroll and we hit the hay, tomorrow we head for the USA. Yay!
